The Resort Cottage condos are all three-bedroom condos, overlook Lake Charlevoix, and many have a 45ft boat slip. There are nine units at The Resort Cottages. 

Units 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 all have the same floor plan as follows:

The garage and third bedroom along with its ensuite bathroom are located on the main level. The living room and its patio overlooking the water, kitchen, dining room are all on the upper level of the home. The master bedroom and its patio overlooking the water and ensuite bathroom are on the third level of the condo. Also, the second bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are also on the third level of the condo. All condos have an elevator shaft, many of which have been turned into pantries or coat closets, ready for an elevator to be installed.

Also, there are very knowledgeable about mountain biking and hiking - local trails include Avalanche Mountain Preserve, Charlevoix Trail, and Boyne City School Forest Trails. There are also numerous preserves offering off-road adventures, whether cycling or hiking. The groomed trails are ideal for fat tire cycling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing during the winter months.  

There are several beaches and amenities in Boyne City such as Young State Park, Peninsula Municipal Park Beach (picnic & play volleyball, too) which is near The Harborage, and Tannery Beach (dogs dig it too) on Lake Charlevoix. Boyne Water Sports operates directly on Lake Charlevoix, and they offer luxury pontoons, tritoons, ski boats, jet skis, stand-up paddle-boards, and kayak boat rentals in downtown Boyne City. Wildwood Rush is the Midwest's largest zip-line adventure park with over 7,000 feet of zip-lines and tree platforms. Full canopy tours are 2 1/2 hours, with cool suspension bridges, tree-to-tree platforms, and amazing views of Lake Charlevoix.
