Unlike the Mountain Club homes and homesites, or the Edelweiss Club home and homesites, the Reserve is technically not a part of Boyne Mountain Resort. That means the shuttle doesn't run to/from the neighborhood. However, one of the more creative things the association has done is to create a private clubhouse on top of Boyne Mountain's ski slopes. They call this private clubhouse Kitz Cabin and it's exclusively designed for owners (not even renters can use the clubhouse) and each owner has their very own ski locker. This creates a very unique feel in the close-knit community and helps to keep the association dues low by not being part of the resort.
