Unlike the Mountain Club homes and homesites, or the Edelweiss Club home and homesites, the Reserve is technically not a part of Boyne Mountain Resort. That means the shuttle doesn't run to/from the neighborhood. However, one of the more creative things the association has done is to create a private clubhouse on top of Boyne Mountain's ski slopes. They call this private clubhouse Kitz Cabin and it's exclusively designed for owners (not even renters can use the clubhouse) and each owner has their very own ski locker. This creates a very unique feel in the close-knit community and helps to keep the association dues low by not being part of the resort.
Many of the homes in The Reserve are built to be up north-type cabins. They have modern amenities and design elements while blending in more of a rustic feel. Large fireplaces and custom chandeliers highlight many of the prominent living rooms.
Master bedrooms are estate size in nature and often feature oversized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and are a place to relax after a long day partaking in the vast variety of recreational opportunities in a world-class resort like Boyne Mountain.
The wide-open floor plans in the Reserve Homes and Homesites are perfect for hosting the holidays, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion. In addition, the gourmet kitchens allow for private chefs to create a mouth-watering meal for that special occasion that people often find themselves enjoying in this charming neighborhood.
Virtually all of the homes in The Reserve are completely finished which means expansive lower levels with second living areas, laundry rooms, bedrooms, wine cellars, and more.
