Disciples Village condominiums at Boyne Mountain Resort represent one of the most unique communities in Northern Michigan. From a lifestyle perspective, being at the resort allows one to partake in the following activities: downhill skiing, tubing, zip-line, golf, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, sleigh rides, and so much more.
Just off Mountain Pass road, and past the Mountain Villas Neighborhood, you will find this community of condominiums with 55 complexes. The condos are somewhat unassuming at first glance, and the exteriors are largely the same as they were originally constructed. But inside, these condominiums open up into stunning, light-filled spaces that oftentimes have been upgraded with modern design.
Each building complex contains two condominiums, which are individually owned. The entire complex is located within an easy walk to Boyne Mountain Village which includes access to nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife. In the winter, they are also located within an easy walk of the disciple’s ridge chairlift and the Boyneland ski run.
These condominiums also boast construction in a way that allows for a unique ownership option. The lower level of each condominium can be used as a lock-off. This flexible option allows for the owner to rent the upper level separate from the lower level. Generally speaking, all of the upper condominiums are a two-bedroom + loft or the loft is enclosed leaving a three-bedroom. The lower level is either a one or a two-bedroom.
Some Disciples Village homeowners use the lower condominium for personal use while renting the upper. This flexible option allows for rental revenue to be generated while occupying the unit, a very unique characteristic of these condominiums. (Note: There are a few condominiums in Disciples Village that do not have a lower than can be locked off or rented separately)
