Mountain Villas, or the letter condominiums as they are often called, are some of the most charming condominiums at Boyne Mountain Resort. The Mountain Villas are the original condominiums at Boyne Mountain Resort. Known for their Austrian exterior paint, the association works hard to annually keep the exterior of these condominiums in exactly the same condition as they were thirty years ago. Despite their outward appearance, many Mountain Villas are anything like the outdated exterior appearance and have been completely updated.
Because central air didn't really exist when these condominiums were built, the bedrooms in most Mountain Villas have wall-mounted heating and cooling systems.
The Mountain Villas have a unique feature in that this neighborhood, other than the Mountain Grand Lodge neighborhood, is the only one with its own private pool.
