The benefits of Mountain Villa ownership include an ideal location at the base of the high speed 6 man chairlift, Avalanche Bay waterpark is right next to the development, it's directly across the street from Boyne’s Nordic Ski Center, and it has an outdoor heated pool in the summer.

Mountain Villas condos are in one of the best locations in the original Boyne Mountain master plan, Mountain Villas are Alpine-style condominiums.

A slopeside neighbor to the Boyne Mountain resort village and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark, proximity makes these units desirable.  They also tend to be the least expensive condos at Boyne given the age of the buildings.   

The Mountain Villas condos come in one, two, and three bedrooms with some even having a loft area for extra sleeping.  Similar to the Disciples Ridge community, Mountain Villas condos are the second largest and busiest community within Boyne Mountain.

Schools Near Homes in Boyne Falls, Michigan

The Charlevoix Intermediate School District (Char-Em ISD) is responsible for students in the Boyne Falls area. Char-Em ISD serves local school districts within Charlevoix, Emmet, and northern Antrim counties.  The districts within their service area cover approximately 1,100 square miles and collectively operate 11 local public schools, three public school academies, and six private schools, serving more than 9,000 students. Boyne Falls Public Schools offer the following:
