The Disciples Ridge condos consist of fifty-eight condos each with an upper and a lower condo stacked on top of one another, but wholly owned. They are an ideal investment property because you can rent the upper and lower condo separately or occupy one while renting the other.
The upper condo is a 1,390 square foot two-bedroom + loft (some have been converted to three bedrooms) three bathroom condo. Generally speaking, the master bedrooms have a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom or loft area also has two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa sleeper.
The lower condo is 1,000 square foot one or two-bedroom one bathroom. Generally speaking, the master bedrooms have a king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is usually a sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
These elegant condominiums are tucked into the woodlands just north of the Mountain Express high-speed chairlift.
While Boyne refers to these condos as ski-in/ski-out, there is a catch as the chairlift doesn't run on the weekends AND there is no snowmaking on the back hills that ski into this community. The chair lift does run on major holiday weekends though.
Disciples Ridge condos are the largest and busiest community within Boyne Mountain. Many units have been remodeled and the community is highly sought after for its proximity to the slopes, nightlife, and shopping. Everything is within walking distance at Disciples Ridge.

The Charlevoix Intermediate School District (Char-Em ISD) is responsible for students in the Boyne Falls area. Char-Em ISD serves local school districts within Charlevoix, Emmet, and northern Antrim counties.
