Treetops resort Homes for Sale

One of the most obvious benefits of living in a golf community is that you can nearly always play your favorite sport. In many golf communities, cutting-edge golf technology and training are available.

Typically, a golf course community has lavish amenities. Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, gym facilities, restaurants, bars, driving ranges, pro shops, equestrian centers, walking trails, and basketball, soccer, bocce ball, and pickleball courts are just a few of the accessible attractions.

Due to rising demand, golf course residences are likely to have a good resale value. Golf course properties are more stable than real estate markets, which have peaks and valleys.

Treetops Community Highlights

Treetops Resort, which began in 1954 as Sylvan Knob Ski Area, has spent decades expanding its ski hills and lodging options while also earning a solid reputation as the Midwest's premier golf destination. Each of the five lodging locations offers stunning views of manicured golf courses, wetlands, unspoiled woodlands, and the ski hill.

While Treetops is proud of its facilities and amenities, it is truly our people that set them apart. Our entire staff is committed to going above and beyond client expectations in terms of customer service. From the wait staff and bartenders at our on-site eateries to our event planning team, Treetops goes above and beyond to ensure that every visitor leaves with fond memories and a desire to return soon.

In Michigan, you can try fat tire biking. Throughout the year, Treetops Resort provides fat tire biking and fat tire bike rentals. Our trail system is open to visitors in the spring, summer, and throughout the beautiful autumn color show. But fat tire bicycling in the winter is a genuinely unique experience—nothing there's quite like flying over snow-covered paths while soaking in the pristine beauty of a great northern Michigan winter day.

There is no need to make a reservation for this activity. Fat tire bikes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and must be returned to the Jones Activity Center by 5 p.m. Load up your fatbikes and bring them with you to explore our 15-kilometer trail system.
