Captain's Watch condominiums are on the channel in downtown Charlevoix, MI. Located block from the heart of downtown and Lake Michigan Beach.

Similar to the condominiums in the LeHavre Neighborhood, these condominiums are a bit older. As a result, many of the condominiums have been completely remodeled or are in need of one.


The Captains Watch neighborhood condominiums have wide-open floor plans which are great for entertaining family and friends.

Condominiums on the top floor have vaulted ceilings and spacious lofts.
