Boyne’s only waterfront community, Deer Lake, is a 440-acre all-sports lake on the backside of the Boyne Mountain property. All Deer Lake Villas consists of a two-bedroom condo 1,250 square foot condo. (Click here to see all Deer Lake Villas for Sale at Boyne Mountain Resort)

The lower condo is a 1,256 square foot two bedroom two bathroom condo that features a master bedroom with a King bed and a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom has two queen beds. (Click here to see Northern Michigan's finest collection of Boyne Mountain vacation rentals)

There is usually a sofa sleeper in the living room as well.  

These condos are the furthest from the Village in Boyne Mountain however, there is a free shuttle going to/from the resort.
