Treetops Golf Homes for Sale

One of the most obvious benefits of living in a golf community is that you can nearly always play your favorite sport. In many golf communities, cutting-edge golf technology and training are available.

Typically, a golf course community has lavish amenities. Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, gym facilities, restaurants, bars, driving ranges, pro shops, equestrian centers, walking trails, and basketball, soccer, bocce ball, and pickleball courts are just a few of the accessible attractions.

Due to rising demand, golf course residences are likely to have a good resale value. Golf course properties are more stable than real estate markets, which have peaks and valleys.

5 Inspired and Professionally Designed Michigan Golf Courses may be found at Treetops Resort.

Take everything in. Play 81 holes of breathtaking scenery, including stunning views, contours, and rolling hills that stretch as far as the eye can see. You'll realize why they're nicknamed Treetops after you reach the horizon. Play where the greats have played — Robert Trent Jones, Rick Smith, Tom Fazio, Lee Janzen, Ray Floyd, and Jack Nicklaus – in Gaylord. You might even make a hole-in-one! Maybe.

Treetops is the premier golf destination in Michigan.
Every year, golfers from all over the world gather at Treetops Resort for five green reasons. With 81 holes of golf on breathtaking terrain and five award-winning courses inspired and professionally created by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Tom Fazio, and Rick Smith, Treetops offer possibly the best collection of golf courses in the Midwest. Treetops Resort is also home to Threetops, North America's number one par-three course.

For golfers of all ages and skills, Treetops is a popular location. Here are some of the reasons they travel to Gaylord, Michigan to play golf.

Premier Fazio
Premier is a rare treat for Michigan golfers because it is the only Tom Fazio-designed course in the state. It's a player-friendly course with undulating fairways and only one water hazard. Premier, on the other hand, is a challenge to even the most experienced players, with steep slopes and several doglegs turns. Each hole is unique in terms of difficulty and attractiveness. In fact, when asked to select a signature hole, Tom Fazio said, "all of them."

Signed by Smith
The Signature was rated the greatest golf course in Michigan by Golftime Magazine in 2018, and Treetops thinks you'll agree. The Rick Smith-designed Signature will keep your entire group on their toes with its steep mounds and compact fairways. This course is the ideal combination of contemporary design with the best historic designs from around the world. In reality, Smith prepared for the construction of this course (his first 18-hole design) by traveling to Ireland and Scotland for a month to study the best courses in the world. If you play the Signature, you'll notice a lot of these traits.

A masterpiece by Jones
When Masterpiece first debuted in 1987, Golf Digest called it the country's second-best new course. Deep ravines, multiple sand traps, difficult pin placements, various water hazards, and frequent elevation changes were all created by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The Masterpiece is commonly regarded as Treetops' most difficult course; some even claim it to be the most difficult in Michigan. Take a moment on each green to glance back at the fairway, as this course is almost as lovely from the rear as it is from the front. In fact, RTJ, Sr. drew up a plan for this course that was exactly the opposite of what you see now.

Smith's Custom
At Treetops, Rick Smith's Tradition is the most player-friendly course. Tradition features a more natural scenery, less elevation change, and broader fairways than the other courses on the property. A pleasant and confidence-building round of golf is made possible by four tee box selections and a few concealed shots. This is the only course on the property that has open links feel to it, allowing you to play a firm and fast style of golf. On this course, a bit brown is precisely how it should be. Treetops believes you'll have a great time.

Threetops Smith
Rick Smith, who has gone on to build some of the best courses in the country, designed Treetops' nine-hole par 3 courses. Why wouldn't that be the case, given that Threetops is largely regarded as the best par three courses in the country, and for good reason? Keep your camera handy because picturesque views are the norm, not the exception. Come to Treetops with 90 minutes set aside to play this hidden gem... You'll be glad you took the time to do so.

The Himalayas are a mountain range in India. However, the Himalayas Putting Green was the first of its kind in the United States. Massive putting greens with contours are already springing up all across the country, thanks to the foresight. It's a terrific place to warm up during the day before your round at Treetops North. On a daily basis, Treetops sets up a new 9-hole course that will test even the finest putters. Treetops offers your group to book a private event in the late afternoon and evening, where the team is trained to cater to your needs.

Treetops Golf Academy

Working on scoring is better at some times of the year while working on swing modifications is better at others. The winter months at Treetops are without a doubt the perfect time to modify your golf swing. Treetops uses technology to assist students to learn new moves faster during their indoor golf lessons.

Students learn new movement patterns three times faster when they can see what they're doing, according to a study by the National Golf Foundation. V1 Motion Analysis technology is used at the Treetops Golf Academy to teach pupils how to change their swings. They also employ the most advanced Launch Monitor equipment available to assist students in understanding what causes the ball to fly in the manner that it does. As a result, pupils learn how to better control the golf club at impact, which leads to significant improvements in ball flight. This, combined with an understanding of how their bodies move, aids pupils in becoming better golfers.
