Creekside Real Estate
Boyne’s newest community, located directly on the ski slopes, affords owners and guest direct access to ski lifts, ski trails all winter, and hiking and biking trails in the summer!
The Creekside twenty-eight condos consist of an upper and a lower condo stacked on top of one another. The lower condo is a 1,256 square foot two bedroom two bathroom condo that features an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, granite countertops, and private hot tub. Generally speaking, the master bedrooms have a king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is usually a sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The upper condo is a 1,990 square foot four bedroom three bathroom condo that features an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, granite countertops, and private hot tub. Generally speaking, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds.
While Boyne refers to these condos as ski-in/ski-out, there is a catch as the chairlift doesn't run on the weekends AND there is no snowmaking on the back hills that ski into this community. The chair lift does run on major holiday weekends though.
Creekside condos are a bit more private than the Mountain Villa and Disciples Village communities. Besides, these units tend to be the most upscale condos at Boyne Mountain, they feature expanded floor plans, upgraded interiors, and enlarged living spaces.
The average sales price for a condominium at Creekside within Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls, Michigan is $279,161, with a high of $529,000 in 2018 and a low of $160,000 in 20013. The condominiums come in a two-bedroom roughly 1,256 square foot option or a four-bedroom roughly 1,990 square foot option.

The Charlevoix Intermediate School District (Char-Em ISD) is responsible for students in the Boyne Falls area.
