This quaint cabin is secluded and peaceful. A heaven on earth. A quiet and serene atmosphere awaits you upon arrival. The home has a beautiful view of the Tittabawassee River from the enclosed porch for your comfort in the winter months. Much of the home has been renovated, including a new wall furnace, new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, a new bathroom (almost finished), all of the materials are there. The Pine ceiling isn't finished. The materials are there too. This double lot wooded property is hidden from the attention of most of us. It is 4 miles back into the woods on a 1-mile stretch along the Tittabawassee where there is direct sight of deer, porcupine, turtles, and turkey daily! There are only a few year-round neighbors, but those people take care of the trail back into the woods. There is a neighborly feel. The house is in a nest of woods and Wildlife. The Tittabawassee River is in the backyard. This property is at the very front of the river, 13.5 miles long. It is ideal for kayaking, although when the damn broke in Edenville a few years back the river changed. There is a projection that the river will return to its glory by Memorial Day in 2026.
