Boyne’s newest community, located directly on the ski slopes, affords owners and guest direct access to ski lifts, ski trails all winter, and hiking and biking trails in the summer!
The Creekside twenty-eight condos consist of an upper and a lower condo stacked on top of one another. The lower condo is a 1,256 square foot two bedroom two bathroom condo that features an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, granite countertops, and private hot tub. Generally speaking, the master bedrooms have a king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is usually a sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The upper condo is a 1,990 square foot four bedroom three bathroom condo that features an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, granite countertops, and private hot tub. Generally speaking, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two queen beds.
While Boyne refers to these condos as ski-in/ski-out, there is a catch as the chairlift doesn't run on the weekends AND there is no snowmaking on the back hills that ski into this community. The chair lift does run on major holiday weekends though.
Creekside condos are a bit more private than the Mountain Villa and Disciples Village communities. Also, these units tend to be the most upscale condos at Boyne Mountain, they feature expanded floor plans, upgraded interiors, and enlarged living spaces. An optional hot tub makes this the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, golfing, or the plethora of activities Boyne Mountain and Northern Michigan have to offer.
Lifestyle and Amenities
Boyne Mountain Resort offers Michigan's largest indoor waterpark Avalanche Bay and there is a luxurious 19,500 square foot Spa in the Boyne Mountain Grand Lodge. The thrilling Twin Zip Ride and Zipline Adventure Tour can be experienced year-round while summer attractions include two golf courses, an 18-hole mountain disc golf course, mountain biking, Segway Tours, tennis, beach activities at the resort's Deer Lake, hiking, scenic chairlift rides, and evening family entertainment like pond fishing, hayrides, movie nights, and more.
Winter beckons with snowsports galore from 60 trails downhill to 35km of cross country, as well as exclusive snowshoe trails, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tubing, ice skating, fat tire snow biking, and groomer rides.
